AMOLED Technology

Active Matrix Organic Light-Emitting Diode (AMOLED) is a next-gen display tech that powers some of the crispiest screens out there — think vibrant colors, deep blacks, and crazy-fast response times.

Unlike traditional LCDs, AMOLED pixels emit their own light individually, so when a pixel’s off, it’s truly black, giving insane contrast ratios and energy efficiency. The “Active Matrix” part means each pixel is controlled precisely by a thin-film transistor (TFT) array, allowing for faster refresh rates and better control over image quality.

AMOLED screens are thinner and more flexible, making them perfect for everything from smartphones to cutting-edge medical devices that need sharp, bright, and reliable displays.

Slit Lamp Illumination System

The slit lamp’s illumination lamp is usually a high-intensity LED or halogen light source designed to provide bright, consistent, and adjustable lighting for detailed eye examinations.

Key Features:

Allows clinicians to control the light beam size from narrow slits (as small as 0.2 mm) to wide beams (up to 14 mm), adapting to different diagnostic needs.

Brightness can be precisely tuned to optimize patient comfort while maintaining clear visualization of ocular structures.

Equipped with color filters like blue, red-free (green), yellow, and neutral density filters, enabling enhanced contrast for specific diagnostic tasks like fluorescein staining or vessel examination.

The lamp can rotate 0° to 180°, letting practitioners inspect the eye from various angles without moving the patient.

Modern LED lamps provide cool, stable illumination with extended lifespan and minimal heat output, enhancing safety and reducing maintenance.
